Legolas

Thranduil's only son

Description:
“He was as tall as a young tree, lithe, immensely strong, able swiftly to draw a great war-bow and shoot down a Nazgûl, endowed with the tremendous vitality of Elvish bodies, so hard and resistant to hurt that he went only in light shoes over rock or through snow, the most tireless of all the Fellowship.” —J.R.R. Tolkien on Legolas (Book of Lost Tales 2)
Bio:

“Laiqualasse” in Quenya, or Greenleaf in Westron, Legolas is Thranduil’s only child. Unlike his father, he has the dark hair typical of Sindarin Elves. Of his mother no Elf speaks. Relatively young by Elivish standards, he is tall and strong, less haughty and more thoughtful than his father. He is a fine archer, even as Elves reckon such things, and fought beneath his father’s banner at the Battle of Five Armies.
